ARE THE BUILDING PRICES LISTED SOMEWHERE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes! We list prices for the new buildings currently on our lot as well as for any pre-owned buildings on our Current Inventory page. For brand-new custom orders that have not yet been built, pricing can vary depending on building code requirements and customer-specific needs, so those prices are provided directly when you place your order.

DO I NEED CREDIT?

No, we never check your credit. All you need is an initial down payment or the first two rental payments to get started.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING TO GET READY FOR DELIVERY?

Yes, you will have to supply the foundation blocks (concrete blocks) to set the building on. Your delivery driver will inform you in advance of the quantity needed for your style building. Please have them on location when the building arrives.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE DELIVERY ON MY BUILDING?

Delivery times can vary depending on the style of building you choose and current availability. In most cases, standard buildings can be delivered within 1–3 weeks. Custom orders may take a little longer. Once you make your purchase, our team will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time that’s convenient for you.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

There are no hidden charges, we offer free delivery, (up to 50 miles) free setup and leveling, we also anchor the building for free if you are located in the required zone.

IS THE RENT TO OWN PLAN AVAILABLE ON ALL OF YOUR BUILDINGS?

All of our standard deliverable buildings can be purchased rent-to-own. Special orders may require a cash purchase, although we do accommodate a high degree of custom orders through the addition of many available options on our rent-to-own buildings.

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON YOUR BUILDINGS?

IS THERE MAINTENANCE REQUIRED ON MY BUILDING?

We use treated materials, but with any wood products, routine maintenance is suggested to extend the life of your wooden structure. Our wood products are backed with a manufacturer’s limited lifetime warranty.

WHAT IF THE BUILDING DOES NOT FIT THROUGH MY GATE?

You are responsible for granting a clear access to the delivery location. If part of a fence or gate has to be removed, Graceland is not responsible for repairing or replacing fences, gates, trees, bushes, shrubs, etc.

WHAT KIND OF PERMITS OR OTHER PAPERWORK WILL I NEED?

Requirements pertaining to zoning, permits, setbacks, and covenants vary from municipality to municipality therefore you will need to contact your local government agencies to find out what you will need. If you live in a community that is part of a home owners association be sure to find out what rules and regulations they have concerning portable storage buildings.

WHY IS MY 14' WIDE BUILDING ONLY ABOUT 13'6

The department of transportation regulations require the building to be no wider than 14’ at the widest point. This is why the building is measured from eave to eave. Our smaller sized buildings are measured from wall to wall.
